GORMAN (Dublin) - May 4, 2006, at the Mater Hospital, Dublin, John (Jack), Glenarriss Road; deeply regretted by his loving wife, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Removal from his residence today (Saturday) arriving at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Navan Road at 5 o'clock Funeral Mass on Monday at 10 o'clock Burial afterwards in Castleknock Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations to St Vincent's Ward, Mater Foundation, 54 Eccles Street, Dublin.May he rest in peace.
