O'HANLON (née Carney) Lisa-Jane (Foxrock, Dublin) - On the first anniversary of Lisa-Jane's death, her husband Cormac, mother Carol, father Martin, sister Faye, brother Martin and extended family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them at the very sad loss of a dearly loved wife, daughter, sister, niece, daughter- and sister-in-law and grandchild. A very special thank you to all the relatives and many friends for the help and wonderful support throughout Lisa-Jane's illness. We would like to thank the management and staff of AIB Blackrock, Stillorgan and Sandyford. Their help, support, comfort and friendship to Lisa-Jane will always be remembered. To Flight Services Management, Crew Control and colleagues at Aer Lingus, thank you for your support and kind expressions of sympathy. Our thanks also to the management and staff of ICS and the Park Clinic, Cabinteely. Our most sincere thanks to Professor John Crown and his team, the nurses and staff of the Cedar Ward and day-care oncology at St Vincent's Hospital, Elm Park for their professionalism, kindness and care of Lisa-Jane. To Father Philip O'Driscoll of St. John the Baptist Church, Blackrock, thank you for your spiritual words of comfort and advice at the funeral Mass. We express our deep appreciation to all those who attended the removal and the funeral Mass, the relatives and friends who travelled from abroad, those who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy, and floral tributes, and made donations to the Breast Cancer Society of Ireland, for the phone calls and especially for your time. We hope you accept this acknowledgement as a token of our warmest appreciation and gratitude.
