SISK (née Taylor) Pat (Courtlands, Dublin) (Died December 31, 2008) - Pat's husband Vincent, her children Ann-Marie, Christine and David and her beloved grandchildren wish to extend their appreciation to all their relatives and friends for the support and comfort they provided on this sad occasion. A heartfelt thank you to all who attended the removal and requiem Mass and for all the kind letters, cards, visits and calls. The care and compassion of the medical team and all the staff of Private One, St James's Hospital is remembered with sincere gratitude.
