APPLEBY (née Madsen) (Dublin) - June 29, 2005, (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff of St Catherine's Ward at Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, Mary (May), beloved wife of the late Joseph; will be sadly missed by her son Tony, daughter Ruth, brothers Jackie and Carl and her daughter-in-law Doreen, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace. Removal tomorrow (Friday) from the hospice to Mount Jerome Crematorium arriving at 12.20 o'clock House private please. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Our Lady's Hospice.
