GALLAGHER Brendan (First Anniversary)(late of Bohernasup, Ballina, Co. Mayo, New Kingswood Nursing Home, 5 Peel Road, North Wembley, London and 26C Winchester Avenue, Kilburn, London, died February 1, 2007) - The late Brendan's brothers and sisters, Padraic, Malachy, Michael, Mary (Donlon), Peter, Bernadette and Josephine (Fitzhenry) and his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and his extended family wish to thank all those who attended at his removal at London, funeral Mass and burial at Ballina and all our friends and neighbours who sympathised with us on the death of our brother. Your kindness was deeply appreciated. We would particularly like to thank Maria Polly and Tara Gallagher and all the other staff and Brendan's friends at Mencap, Su Lin, Emma, Joan, Francesca, Pat and Dr. Owen Waters and the staff of New Kingswood Nursing Home who cared for Brendan so well. We would also like to thank Fr. John Docherty of the Church of the English Martyrs, Wembley, for his kind welcome and gentle words and Fr. Paddy Hoban who celebrated the Requiem Mass at Ballina and spoke so eloquently of Brendan's life. Mass has been offered for all your intentions. Suaimhneas siorai ar a anam.
