LIVINGSTONE (Stephen) (1961-2004) - I always will feel proud and lucky that we walked through life beside each other. He was on the side of the angels, he was a good human being, and I love Stephen very much. Stephen's memory and his good influence will live on through all those who respected and loved him. He is always in my thoughts and in my heart. Stephen's partner, Karen McCartney.
