CUSACK (Denis A.) (Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin) - January 7, 2006, (suddenly, but peacefully) at St Vincent's University Hospital, beloved husband of Teresa and loving father of Denis, Denise and Keith; sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Caroline and Adrienne, son-in-law Patsy, his seven grandchildren Julie, Craig, Garyth, Simon, Emily, Patrick and Mark, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal this (Monday) evening from Fanagans Funeral Home, Aungier Street at 5.15 o'clock to St Therese Church, Mount Merrion arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Tuesday) after 11 o'clock Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations to Dr John Crown c/o Oncology Unit, St Vincent's University Hospital.
