MATTHEWS (Michael) (Maple Drive, Greenhills, Drogheda and formerly of Reaghstown, Ardee) - October 24, 2006 (peacefully), after a long period of illness borne with great dignity, in the loving care of the doctors and staff of Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by his devoted family, Dymphna, daughters Bernadette and Theresa (Donaldson), sons Kevin, Michael, Peter and Diarmuid; sadly missed by all his family, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and a large circle of friends. May he rest in peace. Removal this (Wednesday) evening leaving hospital at 5 o'clock to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Drogheda arriving at 6.30 o'clock Funeral after Mass at 11 o'clock tomorrow (Thursday) to Ballapousta Cemetery, Ardee.
