SVEJDAR Jarda (Monkstown, Co. Dublin) June 4, 2010 - On this the First Anniversary of Jarda's death, we his family, wife Jackie, sons Mark, Nick and Jeremy, daughter Vicky, brother Zdenek, adored grandchildren, Eva, Harry, Hannah, Max, Libby, Ellen-Grace and Lucy, daughters- in-law, Grainne, Aileen and Jessica wish to thank all who sympathised with them on their sad loss. We greatly appreciated the Mass Cards, letters, kind expressions of sympathy and donations to the Irish Heart Foundation and Irish Cancer Society. We especially thank all our neighbours and friends for their unending support both at the time and over the past year. Thank you to Rev. Kevin Dalton, Canon Patrick Lawrence, Fr Hugh Daly and Fr Michael Coady, his goddaughter Kathy and the choir who made Jarda's funeral service so special. Thank you to Brian Carnegie of Carnegie's Funeral Home for his kind support. It would be impossible to thank everyone who individually attended the Funeral service, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deepest gratitude, also thank you to the staff in St. James's Hospital Dublin. The kindness we experienced from everybody will stay with us forever.
