McCORMACK, Sarah (Clondalkin and Allenwood, Co. Kildare, died on 21st January 2010). The Kavanagh and McCormack families would like to express their sincere gratitude to those who sympathised with and supported us in our great loss. In particular we would like to thank all the relatives, friends, neighbours, Sarah's former colleagues at An Bord Altranais and Dick's colleagues who attended the Hospice and the funeral service, especially those who travelled long distances to be present. We also want to thank those who sent sympathy and Mass cards, floral tributes and those who called in person or by phone. We would finally wish to thank Fathers Eddie Moore and Brian Kavanagh of Allenwood parish, and the staff of St. Benedict's Ward in the Mater Private Hospital and St. Catherine's Ward in Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross who cared so well for Sarah. A mass will be offered for your intentions.
