CANNING (Jim) - January 6, 2006 peacefully, at his beloved Hyde Park, Gorey, Wexford, after a long illness, borne with his characteristic spirit. He will be loved always and forever missed by his adored and adoring wife, Philippa, his children Caroline, Jill, Rob and Aaron, by Rhian and Andrew, his grandchildren Libby, MicilĂ­n, Ben, Sarah, Lucy and Mark and by his ex-wife Kay; by his enormous circle of family and friends, particularly Noel Keane and Pat Lawlor. Memorial Mass to be held at Holy Rosary Church, Ashford on Monday, January 9, at 11 o'clock His remains to be donated at his request, for medical research, to Trinity College Dublin, in gratitude for the wonderful years he spent there. Many thanks to the staff at Blackrock Clinic and to the Home Care Team for their excellent care."Loving and being loved by him
has enriched us all".
