GILLIGAN (David) (Pembroke, Carlow) (Died May 10, 2005) - On today, December 9, when he would have been 95 years old, Geraldine and Angie and their families - Boothroyd and O'Briain - would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on the death of their father Dave; all who attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial, who sent Mass Cards and letters and travelled long distances to be with us. A sincere thanks to Fr Cushen for his kindness and sensitivity. A very special thanks to all his neighbours and friends, Carlow Home Help and the staff and members of his beloved Carlow Golf Club, with whose support and friendship he was able to maintain his independence to the very last. Dave's wife Alice died on December 1, 1996. May they both rest in peace. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
