HOLMES, Nancy (née O'Connor). Beloved wife of the late Pearse, departed this life on May 10, 2007, in her 91st year. Late of O'Connors Hotel, Main Street, Swinford, Co. Mayo - Her daughter Marie, together with her children Conor, Dermot, Michael, Pearse, Fiona and Marieanne, wish to express heartfelt thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support in our sad loss. We very much appreciate all those who visited the hospitals, called to our home, made phone calls, sent Mass cards, comforting letters of sympathy and other tributes; to all those who attended the removal, Requiem Mass and burial. We would like to thank Monsignor John Doherty and all the priests who concelebrated Requiem Mass with him. We would also like to thank the organist and combined choir, whose music was so beautiful. A word of thanks to the members of the Swinford Bridge Club and the ladies of Swinford Golf Club who provided the Guard of Honour. Thanks to Dr T. Glavey and the matron and caring staff of Swinford Hospital. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
