McCULLOCH, David Gerard (Monkstown, Co. Dublin) - Died July 18, 2008. David's wife Una, his sisters Anne and Maureen, wish to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with them on David's death. We express our deep appreciation to those who attended the funeral Mass and crematorium, who sent Mass cards, letters, flowers and donations to the Blackrock Hospice. We very much appreciate the care and support given to David in St Vincent's Hospital and latterly in the Blackrock Hospice. Our sincere thanks to Fr Martin Clarke, P.P. and Fr Dowling of St Patrick's Church, Monkstown for the support we received from them at the hospice, at the removal from Carnegie's Funeral Home, the funeral Mass and the ceremony at Glasnevin Crematorium. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
