MOLLOY (Geraldine) (Knockranny, Westport), died September 21, 2008 - Geraldine's husband Matt, sons Peter and James, daughters Niamh and Claire, her brother Dermot, sisters Jackie and Doreen, would like to thank all who supported us during Ger's long illness, for all the Mass Cards, floral tributes, letters of sympathy and all who sympathized with us. To our local GP Brian Lennon, the palliative care nurses, district nurse Kitty Morley, the staff at the Galway Clinic, the Regional Hospital Galway, McGing Undertakers, the Castlecourt Hotel and all the staff at "Matt Molloy's" past and present, in particular to manager Seamus Geraghty, a special thanks. To the staff at Galway Hospice who treated Ger with such consistent and unfailing kindness, our sincere thanks. Heartfelt thanks to Fr. Pat Donnellan and to Rev. Gary Hastings. To Fr. Dennis Carney, Fr. Michael McGreal, Fr. Tom Stack, Fr. Vincent Kelly and to Fr. Declan Carroll who kindly officiated at Ger's Mass. Also to our musician friends Neil Martin (for co-coordinating the music), Sean Keane, Liam O Floinn, Triona and Maighread Ni Dhomhnaill, Kevin Conneff, Arty McGlynn and Sharon Shannon for their wonderful musical sendoff and to the Westport Garda Siochana for their help, understanding and professionalism.
