JOZWIAK (Raheny, Kingston upon Thames, Lancut, Poland) - May 8, 2008, peacefully at Beaumont Hospital, Wiesia; sadly missed by her loving daughters Suzanne, Yvonka, son-in-law John, grandchildren Johanna, Stephen, Kira, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal from the Frank Jennings Funeral Home, Greendale Road, Foxfield, Kilbarrack tomorrow (Saturday) morning to Our Lady, Mother of Divine Grace Church, Raheny, for 10 o'clock Mass followed by cremation at Glasnevin. Donations if desired to M.N.D. Association or St Francis Hospice, Raheny.
