O'CONNOR (Johnston Co. Kildare and formerly of Rathfarnham) - December 12, 2007 (peacefully) at home in Johnstown after a long illness courageously borne, Barry, beloved partner of Joan and much loved father of Garry; sadly missed by his loving mother Pauline, his sisters Mary (Byrne), Jacinta (McClennan) and Gobnit (Tracey), his brother Brendan and Gary's Mum, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and his many friends. R.I.P. The family thanks the medical staff in the Oncology Unit, St. Vincent's Hospital, St. Luke's Hospital and the Kildare Palliative Team for all their care. Reposing at Murphy Bros. Funeral Home, Naas, with removal tomorrow (Friday) evening to arrive at the Church of The Annunciation, Rathfarnham for 6 o'clock Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11 o'clock with burial afterwards in Kilmashogue Cemetery. House private, family flowers only, donations if desired to The Irish Cancer Society.
