PHILLIPS (Very Rev. Canon Richard) - March 7, 2006 (peacefully), after a short illness, at the Mater Hospital, Dublin, retired Parish Priest of Our Lady of Victories Parish, Ballymun Road, Dublin 9 and late of Cloonternane, Knock, Co. Mayo, brother of the late Paddy and Charlie, R.I.P.; deeply regretted by his brothers and sisters Joe (Dublin), Mary (Clonmel), John (Knock), Sr Claire (Convent of Mercy, Westport), Gertie (Dun Laoghaire), brothers-in-law, sisters- in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and friends, also the Archbishop of Dublin Diarmuid Martin, Cardinal Connell, classmates, fellow priests, parishioners and many friends. Reposing at Kirwan's Funeral Home, Ballygall Road today (Wednesday) from 12 noon to 4.30 o'clock, arriving at Our Lady of Victories Church at 5.30 o'clock Requiem Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 11 o'clock Removal afterwards to the Parish Church in Knock, arriving at 5.30 o'clock Funeral Mass on Friday at 1 o'clock Burial afterwards in Knock Cemetery.May he rest in peace.
