FLYNN, Patrick (Paddy) Maynooth, Co. Kildare. (Died May 16, 2010) - As we approach Paddy's first anniversary, his wife Maria and son David together with his brothers Tommy, John and Henry wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised and assisted us on the sudden loss of our beloved Paddy. Sincerest thanks to all who attended our home sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy, to Fr. Michael Shiel SJ and Fr. Kevin Sullivan who officiated at Paddy's funeral, also soloist Lorraine Murphy for her beautiful singing and everybody that took part to make his Mass a unique celebration of his life. To Paddy's colleagues and students from The Institute of Technology, Tralee for their guard of honour, your support was an immense comfort to us and a great tribute to Paddy. To the Ambulance crew, Gardai, Finbar, Dr Maurice Cowhey and O'Reilly's Funeral Directors for their kind and dignified services. To our extended families, neighbours and friends who continue to support us in every possible way please know that we will always remember your kindness and friendship, we thank you sincerely. We are privileged to have had Paddy in our lives and can only gain strength from the wonderful memories we shared throughout his too short life. He lives forever in our hearts. As it is not possible to thank everybody personally we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as recognition of our appreciation and heartfelt gratitude.
