SCOTT (née Finnegan) - October 13, 2010. Our amazing Mum, Isabella (Bella), passed away today very peacefully at home. Martin, Dad and I (Rachel) were all with her and we are completely heartbroken. Mum fought so bravely over the past nine years, lived life to the full and never complained. James, Matthew, Charlotte, Isabelle Scarlet and Ava Grace will all miss their adoring Grandma. They were all her little angels and brought her such great joy. Heather, Ronan and Mum's loving sisters, Marie, Helen, Stella and Dolores, will all miss Mum so much, and we thank them for their constant support. Thank you also to Mum and Dad's wide circle of friends, all the extended family and those who have supported Martin and me. You have always been there for Mum and showed her such friendship over the years. We will never be able to thank enough all the people who helped look after Mum: the St. James's Hospital Staff past and present; the devoted Homecare Team from Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross; The Irish Cancer Society Nurses; the Community Intervention Team; the Public Health Nurses; and Dr. Fiona McGoldrick. We would never have been able to care for Mum at home without your help. We would also like to thank, especially, Fr. Adrian for all his friendship and support. He helped Mum so much. Funeral Mass today (Friday) at 11.30 o'c in The Carmelite Church, Whitefriar Street, afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W."Little flower at this hour
