WHELAN (nèe Cox) (Loughville, Ennis, Co. Clare) - June 1, 2009, (peacefully) at her residence after a short illness. Carmel, beloved wife of the late Billy and loving mother of Cyril, Liam, Kieran, Dermot and Simon. Deeply regretted by her loving family, sister Mary, brother-in-law Brendan, daughters -in-law, grandchildren, nephews, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at her residence this (Wednesday) evening from 5pm. to 7.30pm. Removal at 7.30pm. to Ennis Cathedral. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Thursday) 11am. Burial afterwards in Drumcliffe Cemetery.
