O'BRIEN JAMES, late of Rathfarnham (Seamus O' Briain - Late of Department of Finance). - 12th October 2009, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the tender and loving care of the Director of Nursing, Ms Myra Hill and all the devoted and magnificent staff of St. Joseph's Centre, Shankill. James, loving husband of Loreto and beloved father of Conor, Deirdre, Ruth and NaÖmi, deeply missed by his grieving family, daughter in law Moya McDowell, sons in law Paul Soffe, Joe Douglas and Eoin O'Neill; grandchildren David, Deborah, Andrew, Jennifer, Stephanie, Matthew and Emma; sister Nancy, brothers Joe, Terry, Brendan, Denis and Desmond, extended family, friends and neighbours. Also remembered at this time his late sister Kitty and brothers Conor, Kevin and Dermot . May he rest in Peace. Removal tomorrow Wednesday evening to the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14 arriving at 5.00oc. Requiem Mass at 11.30 o'clock on Thursday 15th October, followed by funeral to Kilmashogue Cemetery.Ar dheis De go raibh a ainm dilis.
