THOMSON John (Edinburgh and Dublin), (The Irish Times and Irish Press), suddenly at Blanchardstown Hospital - Wednesday, September 21, 2011 having borne his illnesses bravely since June 2005. Very sadly missed by his wife Patricia (Trish), children Jackie, Susie, Michael and Kevin, his sisters Alice and Heather and his many relatives and friends. Requiem mass will be held tomorrow (Saturday) at St Thomas The Apostle RC Church, Laurel Lodge, Castleknock, Dublin 15 at 10.30am, thereafter to Glasnevin Crematorium for a private cremation. The family respectfully request no cards or flowers. Donations, in lieu, can be given to the Dublin 15 Hospice Fund, c/o Fr Dan Joe O'Mahony, The Oratory, Yellow Entrance, Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
