SHIELDS Daniel George (First Anniversary, February 19, 2009, Loughrea, Co. Galway) -Dan's wife Kitty, his sons, daughters, brother and extended family wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them at the time of their sad loss, those who called to the house, attended the removal, funeral, sent Mass Cards and expressions of sympathy. We particularly acknowledge those who travelled long distances at that time and those whose support and care has continued during the past twelve months. We express our deepest appreciation to the medical personnel who cared for Dan in his last days. We sincerely thank those who officiated at and participated in the funeral ceremonies. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
