CULLEN (James J.) (August 22, 2005) (Glandore Road, Dublin 9) - On this, the first anniversary of Jim's death, his family would like to thank everyone who sympathised with them in their great and sad loss. Thanks to all those who attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial, many of whom travelled long distances. Special thanks to Prof. Ronan O'Connell, Mater Hospital, for his care and attention. To Sr Margaret and her staff at St Frances Hospice, Raheny, and the Home Care Team, a heartfelt thanks for your care, kindness and support during Jim's last days. We are grateful for the care and consideration shown by Jim's GP, Dr Blennerhassett. Thanks also to Fr Colm Kenny for the comfort and support shown to Jim and all the family throughout his illness, and at the Requiem Mass. To Fr Murtagh, Parish Priest of the Church of St Vincent de Paul, Marino, and the Curates, we also extend our thanks. We thank also the Garda Síochána for escorting Jim on his final journey to his resting place. Finally, we extend our sincere thanks to Jim's neighbours and many friends and relatives who were a great support to Jim and continue to support us, his family. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions as a small token of our gratitude.
