BURKE Peter (retired Superintendent An Garda Síochána) (Massabielle, Old Lucan Road, Dublin and formerly of Clonbur, Co. Galway) - March 22, 2011 in his 85th year (unexpectedly) surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Catherine, brother of the late Mary, Bridgie, Michael, Sheila and Packie; sadly missed by his son Gerard (Limerick), his daughters Carol (Burke-Heneghan), Kathriona (O'Donnell), daughter-in-law Mary, sons-in-law Denis and Ciaran, grandchildren Conor, Daire, Clodagh, Joe, Holly and Ciana, sisters Sr. Dolerita, Evelyn and Phil, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family and many friends. Rest in Peace. Removal this (Wednesday) evening from his residence to St. Mary's Church, Lucan arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Thursday) after 12 o'c Mass to Esker Cemetery, Lucan.
