O'NEILL (Jack) (Died November 30, 2006) (Merlyn Park, Dublin 4) - Jack's wife, Jacqui, together with their children Matthew, Jennifer and Eoin, the O'Neill and Twomey families wish to say a heartfelt thanks to the countless relatives, friends, neighbours, colleagues and staff who supported and comforted us in our recent tragic loss. In particular we want to thank the doctors and nurses of St. Vincent's University Hospital, the staff and students of St. Michael's College and Mount Anville, the priests who concelebrated at the ceremonies in the Church of the Sacred Heart in Donnybrook. We were particularly touched by the support from his very wide circle of friends in Ireland and the U.K. We very much appreciate the phone calls, Mass cards, letters and tributes received. As it would be impossible to thank every one individually we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
