ROCHE, Michael (Cross, Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick) (Died October 15, 2009) - As we approach Michael's first anniversary, we his family, wife Teresa and children Sandra, Raymond, Leanne and Philip, parents Jim and Betty, brothers and sisters, uncles and extended family deeply acknowledge the tremendous kindness and support shown to him by everyone from the moment his illness was diagnosed. The efforts of so many people helped us to carry out his final wishes and bring him home to Cross for the last time. Special thanks to all of his medical team but in particular his GP Dr John O'Brien and everyone in Milford Hospice for the excellent care and humour you extended to Michael and the peace and dignity you gave him in his final days there. To those who called and in particular to those who travelled long distances, it was sincerely appreciated by us all. Finally to my own family, our wonderful friends and neighbours who kept vigil with Michael day and night never leaving him alone, we thank you. Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
