JOHNSTONE Frank (Sports journalist; ex The Irish Times, The Sunday People, and RTE) - May 15, 2009 (peacefully); greatly missed by his wife Marie, sons, David and Keith, daughter Gail, daughters-in-law, Margaret and Jessica, granddaughters, Lisa, Maria, Ellen, and Rosie, great-grandson, Jimmy and all his many friends. Funeral Service at 11.30 o'clock tomorrow (Wednesday) at St. Patrick's (Church of Ireland), Greystones, Co. Wicklow, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Cemetery, Harold's Cross. We would like to thank the superb staff in St. Columcille's Hospital, Loughlinstown (especially those in the Intensive Care Unit and St. Joseph's Ward) for the care they gave Frank and for the support they gave us.
