McDONALD (née Coghlan), Maura - On this the First Anniversary of Maura's death (January 16, 2009), Bill, Frank, Liam, Edel and Denis wish to thank all those who sympathised with us at that difficult time. Our thanks to all those who called to the house, sent Mass Cards, messages of condolence and who attended her funeral Mass. Thanks to those who made donations in lieu of flowers to the St. Vincent de Paul. Special thanks to Msgr. Dermot Clarke, who called regularly to visit Mam at home, through the years of her illness and a special word of thanks to Fr. Niall Coghlan O.S.A. who helped make the funeral Mass so moving. Maura's First Anniversary Mass will take place on Sunday January 17 at 12.30 p.m. in Aughrim Street. We would like to thank the Irish Wheelchair Association, the local health centre and particularly Bridie whose help made it possible for her to live at home, during her long illness. Our appreciation to the caring staff of Seanchara Community and St. Mary's Hospital who played a very important role in Mam's care. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. A wonderful wife, mother, and friend.
