BELL

BELL (Professor Christopher FTCD) - September 30, 1941 - February 3, 2008 (peacefully), at home in Melbourne, after a long illness borne with courage and dignity, born Melbourne, Australia, the only child of the late Betty and Arthur Bell; greatly loved husband of Christine Downer, a loving, kind and generous man who will be missed by his wife, friends and colleagues in Trinity College. A private funeral was held on February 6, 2008. Donations may be made to the Irish Cancer Society.
