MACKEN (James) (Jim) (Dalkey, Co. Dublin) - April 15, 2007, in his 94th year, surrounded by his family, in the wonderful care of the director and staff of St Joseph's Centre, Crinken Lane, Shankill, beloved husband of the late Aileen, much loved father of Tony, Val Pilsworth, Mary O'Toole and Maggie Boate, father-in-law of Eveline, Hugh, Maurice and the late DernĂ¡n, loving Grandad of Laoise, Andrew, Sarah, Fiona, Tim and Ruth, also Adam and Chris and brother of Maureen McVerry, Carmel O'Gorman, Kay Howard and Imelda Burke; he will be greatly missed. Removal from St Joseph's Centre, tomorrow (Wednesday) evening at 5.30 o'clock to the Church of The Assumption, Castle Street, Dalkey, arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral on Thursday after 10 o'clock Mass to Dean's Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to St Joseph's Centre."May he rest in peace."
