FITZSIMONS (John) (Sandycove, Co Dublin) - The family of the late John Fitzsimons wish to express their deep gratitude and sincere appreciation to all who attended the removal and funeral; to the many who sent cards and kind letters of sympathy and for the beautiful flowers. A special thanks to Fr. Mangan and to all the musicians who made the ceremony so special. Special mention to Dr. McDonnell and his team and particularly to Dr. Adamali and the nurses of St Michael's Hospital for their wonderful care. Please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our appreciation to all.
