CUSACK (Thomas) (Tommie) (Late of Navan Road, Dublin and Lower Lavey, Stradone, Co. Cavan) (March 28, 2006) - His wife Eveline, children, brothers and sisters would like to thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. We offer our sincere thanks to all those who visited the house, attended the funeral, travelled long distances, offered condolences, sent flowers and Mass Cards. Special thanks to Fr H. Gaynor, to neighbours and friends, staff and customers of Mulligans, Poolbeg Street and to the doctors, nursing staff and the wonderful Care Team at the Tara Winthrop Nursing Home.
