BIRMINGHAM Mary (née Barrett) - January 24, 2008 - On the occasion of her first anniversary, Mary's children George, Marie, Ann, John, their families, her sisters Judy and Gerty and brothers Brendan and Frank, wish to thank all our friends and relatives who supported us on our sad loss. In particular those who visited when Mary was laid out at home, those who attended the Church removal, the funeral Mass or sent messages of sympathy and flowers. The family would like to thank Mary's medical advisers over the years, especially Dr Seamus Mulholland, Prof Shane O'Neill, the Matron and Staff of Talbot Lodge Nursing Home and also Mary's carers, Helen Bermingham, Mary Halpin, Frances O'Donovan and the staff of Clontarf Home Care Services. We also wish to thank all those who visited and supported her during her long illness. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to the Fr Martin Hogan C.C. of St John the Baptist Parish, for his help and support and visiting priests, Fr Tom Meagher C.S.S.p, Fr Val Collier S.D.B. and Fr Hugh O'Reilly C.S.S.p who concelebrated the Mass and assisted us with the funeral arrangements. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
