FITZPATRICK (Pat) (née McSweeney) (Glenageary) (January 17, 2005, First Anniversary) - We, Barbara, Pam, Paula and William, together with our families, wish to express our sincere appreciation for the sympathy and support given to us during the sad loss of a loving and much loved mother, mother-in-law and granny. Thank you especially to Dr Mairead Hannon, Dr David Fennelly and his teams in St Vincent's Hospital and the Blackrock Clinic, to the Blackrock Hospice Homecare Team, Community care nurses and all the other medical staff who cared for Mum and supported us all. A sincere and heartfelt thank you to all the loyal friends and relatives who called to the house, sent Mass Cards, floral tributes, letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial; many of whom travelled long distances to be with us. Sincere thanks also to the priests Fr Des O'Grady, Fr Michael McGoldrick and Fr Brendan Cantwell for their support and particularly to Fr Denis Kennedy who celebrated a beautiful Mass and supported Mum through her illness. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for the intentions of all."Her absence is full of tender presence
