O'CONNOR, Professor John Patrick (late of Ailesbury Road, who died on February 14, 2008) - The wife and family wish to thank most sincerely all who supported and sympathised with them on their recent sad loss of a loving husband and father. We extend our deep appreciation to all those who attended his removal and funeral mass in Dublin especially those who travelled long distances to be with us. Thank you to those who travelled to Holy Cross Cemetery, Charleville, Co. Cork. A special word of thanks to his friends, colleagues and members of the Veterinary profession. To those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, emails and messages of support, we are extremely grateful. A very special thank you to the staff of the Ashbury Nursing Home for their dedicated excellent care and kindness to Jack during his illness. The family extend their appreciation to Fr. Seamus Moore, Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace, Merrion Road, Fr. Frank Bergin, Fr. Michael O'Meara and Fr. John Callanan, UCD who celebrated the funeral Mass. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
