O'BRIEN (née Kelly) (Sandymount), (died October 19, 2004) - On this the First Anniversary of her death, the family of the late Joan O'Brien would like to thank all those who sympathised with us in our sad loss. Sincere thanks to those who attended the removal and funeral, those who sent floral tributes, Mass and sympathy cards. A special thanks to the doctors and nurses of St Luke's Hospital, Rathgar, the Oncology Unit, St Vincent's Hospital, Elm Park and the district nurses, all who took care of Joan during her illness. We hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. Mass will be offered for your intentions."Forever missed".
