SUGRUE (Brendan) (O'Siochfradha) (Galway and Ventry, Co. Kerry) Brendan's wife Flo, his children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren wish to thank all of those who sympathised on their sad bereavement. Thank you to those who attended the removal, funeral Mass, sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy and flowers. A special word of thanks to Fr. Denis Crosby who celebrated a beautiful Mass, to Fr. Lorcan Sharkey who drove such a long distance to the removal and prayers. To his carers especially Chris Cooke and Margaret Cummins, we will never forget the care and attention you gave to our father. Thank you so much to Dr Eamon Mulkerrin who looked after Brendan so well over many years, to his team, the nurses and staff of St Rita's ward who were kind and compassionate during his last days. To Galway Chief Fire officer, Officers, firemen and past members of the fire service who traveled from far and wide; "You did him proud", we are most grateful. To the representatives of Galway County and City Councils who attended, thank you. We would also like to thank his friends, neighbours, members of St Vincent de Paul, Galway Bridge Club and Creative writers for their support. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
