LUCE, Prof. John, Litt.D., M.R.I.A., Fellow Emeritus of Trinity College Dublin, one time Vice-Provost and Public Orator - February 11, 2011, in the loving care of the staff of St. Luke's Hospital. Dear husband of Lyndall for 62 years, beloved father of Kristina, Jane and Alice; sadly missed by his brother Frank and sons-in-law Philip, Geoffrey and Greg and by his much loved grandchildren John, Patrick, Nicholas, Emily, André and Tania and by John's wife Caroline. Funeral service tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at 11 o'clock in Zion Parish Church, Bushy Park Road, Rathgar arriving at 10.30 o'clock, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only."Scholar and Sportsman"
