O'TOOLE Vincent (Vivian) (late of Clontarf, Dublin and Tuam, Co. Galway and late of Chivers Ltd.) died October 1, 2007. Breda O'Toole and family, John, Barbara, Paul, Vincent and Susan would like to express our profound appreciation to all who sympathised and shared in the loss of our beloved husband and father, Vincent; to all who attended the funeral services and offered messages and cards of support, Mass cards and flowers, to the Emergency Services, An Garda Síochána, the staff of Staffords Funeral Home and Dr. Ronan Cormican; to Fr.
