O'BRIEN (Patrick) (Pat) (Shrewsbury and formerly of Merrion Road) - On the occasion of the first anniversary of our beloved Pat's death, November 23, 2005, his wife Jill, daughter Geraldine, sons David and Brian, his sisters Phyllis, Maureen and Teresa and extended family, wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised and supported them on their sad loss. Thanks also to everybody who called to the house or attended the funeral mass, also to those who sent mass cards, letters of sympathy and floral tributes. A special word of thanks to all the staff of the Kylemore Clinic for their care and attention to Pat. Thanks to Fr. Dick Corry for his care and support and for making the funeral Mass so special. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
