SMITH Teresa (née McCaffrey) (late of Lennox Street, Dublin 8 and Stradermott, Ballinmore, Co. Leitrim) - The family of the late Teresa would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss. To all who attended the removal, the funeral Mass and burial, those who sent Mass cards, floral tributes and those who travelled long distances to be with us, we are most grateful. Our thanks to Fr. James Larkin and Fr. Gerard Deighan of St. Kevins, Harrington Street, who officiated at the removal and funeral. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Orla and the staff at St. Oliver's Unit, St. Mary's, Merrion for their loving care during latter years of Teresa's life. Thanks also to her former colleagues from the E.H.B and all the kind friends for their kindness, help and support during her life. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all in grateful appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
