O'HARA, Paddy (Belfast, Co. Antrim; Ennis, Co. Clare) - Died 15th August 2008. On this, the first anniversary of Paddy's death, the O'Hara family would like to express our sincere appreciation to all those who have sympathised with us. Our grateful thanks to all those who cared for Paddy, who treated him with such dignity and respect and enabled him to remain at home for the last few weeks of his life. We extend our thanks to the priests who concelebrated Mass in St. Joseph's Church, Ennis and the Requiem Mass in St. Thérèse's Church, Somerton Road, Belfast. Our thanks for the farewell given by all those in Ennis, which made the journeying to Belfast so much easier. We would like to thank all who attended the funeral or sent representatives and those who participated in the Liturgy and the Guard of Honour. We gratefully acknowledge the entire GAA family, which was so dear to Paddy, for all their support. Many people travelled long distances to be with us: your kindness and support is much appreciated. We are very grateful to the undertakers Michael Keogh (Kinvara), who carried out Paddy's final wishes with such care and diligence. A heartfelt thank you to all those who called to the house, sent cards, letters and flowers, offered their condolences and who have supported us so much during the past year. To everyone who knew and loved Paddy, we trust you will accept this acknowledgement as a sincere expression of our gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
