O'CONNOR (Patrick G.) (Shankill, Co. Dublin) (Died February 28, 2007) - Patrick's wife Martine and children Chris and Trish would like to thank most sincerely all family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for their support and sympathy at the time of Patrick's death and during his short illness. Thanks to all who attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial, those who called to the house, sent floral tributes, Mass Cards and letters of sympathy. A special word of thanks to the nurses of the Blackrock Clinic who looked after Patrick. We trust this will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
