JACOB Gerald D. (County Kildare and Dublin) - September 10, 2009, tragically at Naas General Hospital, beloved son of Gerry and Maeve, and dear brother of Henry and Judith, late of Two Mile House and Phibsboro; very sadly missed by his loving family, uncles, aunts, nieces Lauryn and Jennie, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends. May he rest in peace. Reposing at his home. Removal tomorrow (Sunday) morning to St Peter's Church, Two Mile House for 11 o'clock Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

I have the warmest and fondest memories of him, from a very early age. I can't tell you how sorry I am to hear that he has left us. I cannot bear to imagine what you are going through right now.
