EASTMAN, Patricia (Pat) (died April 23, 2008) - The family of the late Pat Eastman, Navan Road, would like to express their thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement. A special word of thanks to all who called to the house; attended the funeral Mass and burial; who sent Mass Cards and messages of sympathy; who made donations to St. Francis Hospice. We would like to thank Fr. John Moran; the staff at Bourke's Funeral Home and our extended family, friends, neighbours and business associates who supported us through a most difficult time. We would like to say a very special word of thanks to the homecare teams from St. Francis and Quarry Road and Dr Mary O'Shea, Guinness Medical Department, and the staff at St. James's Hospital. As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually for their kindness and support, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
