SMITH Patricia "Pat", Mount Merrion, - November 27, 2008, in the care of the Carysfort Nursing Home, Glenageary, with fortitude, beloved wife of the late Charles Edward Smith. Sadly missed by Ross and Elisabeth Mac Mahon, Paul, Julian and Caroline Smith and their families in Australia, U.S.A., Holland, France, friends and neighbours. Arriving for 10 a.m. Mass tomorrow (Saturday) at St Laurence O'Toole, Kilmacud. Burial afterwards to Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only.
