THOMPSON John (October 19, 2006) - Wife Geraldine and children Lee, Adele, Emma and Julianne would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who supported us during John's illness and in the year since his death. We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at St. James's Hospital, the homecare team from St. Francis's Hospice, Raheny, the staff at our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross and the priests of Our Lady, Mother of the Church Parish, Castleknock. We are especially grateful to Father John Hannan S.M. and Father Raymond Murray S.M. who officiated at the funeral Services and were a tremendous source of strength to us. We would like to express our sincerest thanks to all our good friends and neighbours for your kindness and support. We would like to thank in particular all those who attended the removal and funeral, who sent letters and messages of sympathy, Mass cards and gave donations to the Hospice and to those who have continued to show their kindness in so many ways. As it has not been possible to personally contact all of you individually, we trust that this will be accepted as an expression of our appreciation and thanks. Mass has been offered for your intentions.
