ROCHE John (Ailbie) (Lower Salthill, Galway, died January, 2008) - His wife Margaret, daughter Sheila, sons John, David and Paul, and daughter-in-law Deirdre, grandson Sean, brothers and sisters, wish to extend our deepest gratitude to all those who sympathised with us in so many ways on the loss of our beloved John. We are deeply grateful to John's colleagues and friends who supported him during his illness and to all those who attended John removal and funeral Mass, sent Mass Cards, enrolment cards, letters, messages of sympathy and those who made donations to Galway Hospice. We want to say thanks to all the relatives and friends who travelled long distances to be with us especially his faithful friends who called to see him every week. His presence among us is sorely missed and the absence of his inspiring and uplifting spirit and his wonderful caring nature leaves an un fillable gap in our lives. A special thanks to our G.P. and all the staff at the Galway Hospice, home care team and U.C.H.G. for their overwhelming kindness to John during his illness. We appreciate the warm thoughtful Mass concelebrated by Fr. Jennings and Bailey, Salthill, the music and singing. Many thanks to O'Flaherty Funeral Director. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of The Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
